Weeeeeeek-end! F-I-N-A-L-L-Y!

Juhuu! Three things:

First: I don't complain to spend my afternoon like this when it's snow outside and no school..

Second: I was ice skaiting with my cute host sister!

Third: I can't remember when I've been last time so happy to know that I have to wake up at six o'clock on Saturday, but tomorrow.... Well Sannaaaaaa <3!! Can't wait!

Is it snowing or is it raining UFOs outside?

Goooood morning! It's St.Nicolaus here :)

last night we put our shoes in front of the fireplace with a carrot and a piece of sugar for st. Nicolaus...

... and in the morning we had a little presents from St. Nicolaus :)

But the days funniest thing:
When I arrived at School I had first lesson with the other class. There were less people than otherwise but there were still over ten of us. BUT when I went to first lesson with my own class there was four of us. Well we were drawing to the blackboard the whole lesson. Next lesson there was only me who appeared to the class so my teacher said that I could go home (at ten o'clock so I don't complain!) and WHY? Because it was SNOWING outside. Yeah, I'm not kidding. And yeah I'm only in France (and in the northern part of the country where's snowing almost every year..)
So you can only imagine that I laughed a little bit...

I'm looking forward to see do I have any lessons anymore today...
Ps. I should maybe take a lesson about this and next year everytime it's snowing in Finland I stay at home... So basically I don't have to do the third and maybe neither the fourth period at all..

Happy Independence Day Finland!

FINLAND

... Because it's Finland's independence day, I decided to tell about the things I miss the most in Finland! It's weird how proud you become to be a Finn when you're away from home. Me, who have never been so excited about Finland, have learned to love my country more and more during these first three months. But as my friend Kati said, I can't say that I miss Finland very much, and I definately couldn't leave yet.

Finland: the things I miss the most:

Family and Friends

When it's lots of snow

Sauna!!!

Natur

Swimming in a lake
+ FOOD (expecially mum's food :)), finnish music (I really didn't say that, did I?), cultur, language, everything...  But even though I miss those things and I apreciate them more doesn't mean that I would want to go home - no way!

So happy independence day Finland 95 years, I hope you enjoyed the party in Finland and congratulations for all who have gratuated :) I miss you all, xx
